Returns & Exchanges
At Ori we take pride in the quality and longevity of our products. It is our aim to give you a bag that you’re not only glad to have but excited to use. However, if for some reason you wish to return your Ori bag here are our company guidelines.
We only accept returns purchased directly from this website, www.oribagcompany.com Ori London is only responsible for exchanges, defective bags, and returns purchased from www.oribagcompany.com. All products in need of attention purchased elsewhere must be taken back to the point of sale.
All Ori products may be returned. We simply ask that you send your unused purchase back within 14 days of the receipt, in the original packaging with all of the tags still attached.
While we do not offer direct exchanges we are happy to process a refund back to the original method of payment and you can place a new order whenever you are ready.
Creating a Return
The fastest way to create a return is to use our online return form accessed here. Please be sure to have your order number and zip code ready.

Because items are returned at your own risk we highly recommend that you request a Proof of Postage from your carrier when shipping your item back, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
Exchanges & defects
If you're looking for an exchange or have a defective bag, simply follow the same steps as above and mark on your form what you'd like in exchange or the problems you've experienced with your defective bag.
If you cancel your order and we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange to collect the item from you at your expense.
If you’re seeking to return an item because you consider it to be defective, please follow the same steps as a traditional return and clearly mark on your Return Form the problem with the product. Upon receiving the product we will examine it and notify you of an refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process any refund due to you as soon as possible, within 14 days of the day you received your refund confirmation email.
Money is typically refunded using the same method in which the item(s) were purchased. The above does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, in which you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days, beginning the day after you received the products.
