Shipping and Tracking

Do you offer free shipping?

YES!
We are pleased to offer free shipping for all standard delivery throughout the United States.
For expedited delivery methods there is a shipping fee based on location and carrier rates.

How long do orders usually take to ship?

Orders will generally ship within 2 business days from the time they are placed. All Ori orders ship from Columbus, Ohio. Once processed, standard ground shipments can take as little as 3-4 days to destinations within Ohio and up to 5-10 business days to the East and West Coasts. Expedited shipments are the exception but must be placed by 12:00 PM Pacific Standard time to be processed same business day.

We know that shipping times are important to our customers and we are working hard to improve the speed at which our product makes it to you. We thank you for your understanding and support!

Tracking Numbers

You should generally receive a tracking number once your package ships. Please note that there might be a slight interval between when we send you a tracking number and when the carrier updates the status online. Should you be experiencing problems with your tracking number please reach out to us at customers@oribagcompany.com.

Returns

What is your return policy?

At Ori we take pride in the quality and longevity of our products. It is our aim to give you a bag that you’re not only glad to have but excited to use. However, if for some reason you wish to return your Ori bag here are our company guidelines.

We only accept returns purchased directly from this website, www.oribagcompany.com  Ori London is only responsible for exchanges, defective bags, and returns purchased from www.oribagcompany.com. All products in need of attention purchased elsewhere must be taken back to the point of sale.

All Ori products may be returned. We simply ask that you send your unused purchase back within 14 days of the receipt, in the original packaging with all of the tags still attached.

While we do not offer direct exchanges we are happy to process a refund back to the original method of payment and you can place a new order whenever you are ready.

How do I create a return?

The fastest way to create a return is to use our online return form accessed here. Please be sure to have your order number and zip code ready.

If you prefer a manual process you can download our return form and follow the steps below:

  1. Click here to download the Return Form. 
  2. Please tuck your Return Form inside the package as well.
  3. Then just mail that back to the following address:

Because items are returned at your own risk we highly recommend that you request a Proof of Postage from your carrier when shipping your item back, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

When will I be refunded for my return?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return package.

Can I purchase a gift card on your site?

Where do I enter my Promo code?

If you have a Promo code you will be provided the opportunity to enter it at the checkout stage of the purchase process. The Promo discount will be automatically calculated from the retail price.

Are all the bags water resistant?

Yes, all Ori bags are weather resistant and durable. All your belongings are safe and sound from wind, rain, or sun.

Are these bags for men or women?

Ori bags and backpacks are All Age, All Gender, All Weather, and All Purpose!
All of Ori’s products are unisex - designed for anyone and everyone. With all different styles, sizes, and colors there is sure to be a perfect bag for anyone no matter gender or age!

Are the bags sustainable?

At Ori we are committed to improving the quality of the environment and reducing plastic no biodegradable substances. Our Finchley line is our current sustainable model. The Finchley is made up from recycled plastic water bottles.

Are the bags animal friendly, vegan, ethically produced?

Yes!
Ori takes pride in all of our products being animal-friendly and vegan. All of Ori’s production takes place in socially compliant factories.

How do I wash my bag?

The best way to clean up your Oir bag is to use a simple damp sponge.

What if the color or style I want is out of stock?
